This antenna appears to be designed to improve cellular/Wi-Fi reception when connected to compatible equipment, but it may not be suitable for picking up a marina's Wi-Fi signal from 300 metres away.
At that distance, the results would depend quite a bit on the marina's Wi-Fi equipment, whether you have a clear line of sight to the office, and the receiving equipment being used on your boat. This antenna is also sold without a router, so it wouldn't function as a complete Wi-Fi receiving system on its own.
For a 300-metre connection, you may need a purpose-built long-range Wi-Fi receiver rather than an antenna alone.
