The Fab Fours FABSR01-1 Sport Rack uses hook-secure mounts and base feet that clamp or hook directly over the top lips and inner edges of the truck bed rails. Most conventional soft or hard roll-up and fold-up tonneau covers also need to sit directly on top of those exact same bed caps or use clamp-in side rails that occupy the top inside lip of the box, therefore installation of this with a tonneau cover on the box is unlikely to be successful.
