The Torklift TRA7844 4-step GlowStep Stow N’ Go is designed for an entry height of approximately 31"–38", so it should be a good match if your Palomino 2901 has an entry height in that range.
Since you have the Palomino bumper, the GlowStep is compatible with the bumper and is designed to install without drilling into the bumper. The mounting bracket is positioned directly beneath and centered with the camper entry door, then the steps attach to the bracket.
One important point: the measurement should be taken from the entry threshold/doorway down to the ground, rather than from the bottom of the bumper. If your doorway is approximately 36" from the ground, the TRA7844 would fall within its specified range.
