No. It would appear the B&W RVR2405 Custom 5th Wheel Mounting Kit does fit most 2019 Ford F-150 models, but installation is not completely no-drill.
B&W specifies the RVR2405 for 2015–2024 Ford F-150 trucks, excluding the F-150 Lightning, F-150 Raptor, and 2019–2020 F-150 Limited.
For a standard 2019 F-150, the frame brackets utilize existing mounting locations in the truck frame, so you do not need to drill into the frame. However, holes must be drilled through the truck bed to install the two above-bed 5th-wheel mounting rails. The B&W instructions call for five mounting holes for the rear rail and five for the forward rail, which are ultimately enlarged to 9/16".
So, in short: no frame drilling is required, but drilling through the pickup bed is required.
Important: If your 2019 F-150 is the Limited or Raptor model, this kit is not applicable. Otherwise, the RVR2405 is designed specifically for your F-150.
