Yes, the Reese 58531 will fit a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT with the 6.5-ft box, but please note that 58531 is a single semi-custom bracket, not a complete set of mounting brackets.
If you need a complete installation, we would recommend the Reese 50087 Custom Bracket Kit for your F-150 instead. The 50087 includes the driver- and passenger-side vehicle-specific frame brackets and associated bracket hardware.
Depending on what you already have:
- If you already have compatible Reese 10-bolt in-bed rails: Reese 50087 is the custom bracket kit you would need.
- If you need both the brackets and in-bed rails: use Reese 50087 brackets together with Reese 58058 10-bolt base rails. These are the two main components Reese packages together as their 50087-58 complete installation kit.
The 50087 is specifically designed for 2015–2020 Ford F-150 models, excluding the Raptor, so it is a much better choice for your 2019 F-150 than building the installation around the single 58531 bracket.
If you're starting with no existing 5th-wheel mounting hardware, we would recommend ordering both the 50087 brackets and 58058 rails.
