The Torklift TORF2031 front tiedowns appear to fit that year of F250, however it will not fit an 8' bed.
To confirm fitment for your truck we would require the following:
Do you have running boards? If yes, are they cab length or full truck length?
Do you have a rear hitch? If yes, is it factory (OEM) or aftermarket?
Style of cab?
2WD or 4WD?
Gas or Diesel?
Dually or Single Rear Wheel?
