For your 2007 Mustang GT Convertible, we recommend going with the 18x8 version of this wheel (RTX part #082944) rather than the 17x7.5 version you were viewing. The #082944 has a 5x114.3 bolt pattern and +42 mm offset, which is a better match for the GT's wheel fitment. A proper installation kit/hub-centric rings may also be required because the wheel has a 73.1 mm center bore.
If you're replacing your existing tires as well, we'd recommend confirming the tire size before ordering so the complete wheel and tire setup maintains proper clearance and overall diameter.
