No. The CURT #16992 wedge should not be used with the Reese Sidewinder #69220 and a CURT A20 hitch.
Reese’s installation instructions for the 69220 Sidewinder specifically state: “Do not tow with Curt A20 Hitch.” Although CURT #16992 is designed for CURT A-Series hitches and select Sidewinder pin boxes, that general compatibility does not override Reese’s restriction for the 69220.
