No, it does not look like this Navionics+ NAUS012R chart card is compatible with the Garmin ECHOMAP UHD2 72sv.
The ECHOMAP UHD2 72sv requires Garmin Navionics+ cartography. Although both products use Navionics mapping, standard Navionics+ cards such as this one are designed for compatible non-Garmin chartplotters and will not work in the ECHOMAP UHD2.
For your ECHOMAP UHD2 72sv, it would seem like you'd want a Garmin Navionics+ chart card covering Canada East and the Great Lakes.
