No — B&W GNRM1067 is not the complete gooseneck hitch kit.
It is the mounting/rail kit, which includes the vehicle-specific brackets/crossmembers and installation hardware.
It does not include the center hitch section or 2-5/16" Turnoverball. The complete kit is B&W GNRK1067, which consists of:
- GNRM1067 — mounting/bracket kit + hardware
- GNRC959N — center section, 2-5/16" ball, latch handle, safety-chain hardware, etc.
