Yes, CURT base plates are compatible with Blue Ox towbars without requiring adapters. The Curt baseplate are similar, or in many cases, exact design to the Blue Ox baseplates, and the Curt 70108 is no exception.
Just make sure the 70108 is a good fit for your vehicle, it's intended for the Chevrolet Equinox from years 2018 to 2022, excluding models with lower shutters.
