Yes, this brake assembly will fit your 4,400 lb axle and is compatible with the Lippert #141286 hub assembly. Although the brake assembly is commonly listed for 3,500 lb axles, both use a 10" x 2-1/4" brake with the standard 4-bolt mounting flange, making them compatible.
