Based on the model number you provided (E22166), it appears you currently have a Raymarine P70 autopilot control head. The E70328 P70s seems to be the current replacement model for the p70 and is compatible with Raymarine Evolution and SPX SmartPilot systems that use SeaTalkng networking.
If your existing control head is indeed an E22166 P70 connected via SeaTalkng, the E70328 P70s should be a direct replacement. It includes a SeaTalkng spur cable, so in most cases no additional parts or cables are required.
The following info could also be helpful in confirming compatibility:
- A photo of the back of your existing control head (or the connector), or
- The model number of your autopilot course computer/ACU
