Based on what we've found, the Weather Guard 70043R Replacement Codable Lock is supplied as the lock cylinder only and does not include a key. It is designed to be coded to an existing compatible Weather Guard key, so if you do not already have a compatible Weather Guard key, you will need to purchase one separately.
