For a 2009 Cherokee 39L, there isn't a single A/C shroud that can be identified from the RV model alone. Looks like Forest River installed different rooftop A/C models depending on the production run and options.
The shroud you're looking at (Dometic 3309364.028) is a closed-end shroud that fits specific older Dometic Penguin low-profile units. It will not fit all Dometic air conditioners.
To identify the correct shroud, the following would help:
- The model number from the rooftop A/C (best option). It's on a sticker under the inside return air grille/filter.
- Or a photo of the A/C on the roof showing the shape of the shroud.
- Or the brand and model (e.g. Dometic Brisk Air, Penguin, Duo-Therm, Coleman Mach, etc.).
If this is still the original A/C, there's a good chance it's an older Dometic Duo-Therm Brisk Air, which typically uses an open-end shroud (such as Dometic 3309518.003), not the closed-end 3309364.028. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering based on the RV model alone because there were several different units used.
