You are correct that 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JLU) models equipped with the factory Alpine subwoofer have a slightly narrower rear cargo area than models without the subwoofer.
Unfortunately, AirBedz does not specify whether the PPI-CMO-XUV is compatible with JLUs equipped with the factory subwoofer, nor do they list separate versions for vehicles with and without the subwoofer.
Because of that, we can't confidently confirm that it will fit your Jeep with the factory subwoofer installed. If guaranteed compatibility is important, we'd recommend contacting AirBedz directly for confirmation before purchasing.
