This 10' manual RV awning is designed for traditional RV sidewalls and is not a direct-fit awning for a Ford Transit High Roof 148" wheelbase van. While a 10' awning is generally an appropriate length for that van, installation would require a custom mounting solution or a vehicle-specific adapter/bracket system. We cannot confirm compatibility without knowing how you intend to mount it.
The awning does include the standard RV mounting hardware/brackets required for installation on a conventional RV with structural backing and an awning rail. However, it does not include Ford Transit-specific mounting brackets or adapters.
