Yes, it appears there should be enough room provided the ball mount leaves at least 1" of exposed shank between the face of the receiver and the hitch head. Rock Tamers only require about 1 inch of mounting space on the drawbar to clamp onto.
The Entropy aluminum adjustable ball mount is designed with a fairly long shank, so in most truck applications there is sufficient room to install Rock Tamers behind the adjustable hitch assembly.
