This handrail is only available as a left-side version. It is designed to bolt to the factory threaded mounting holes on the left side of MORryde 2nd Generation StepAbove 3-step assemblies. Although many StepAbove steps have knockout openings on both sides, this handrail is not offered in a right-hand version.
Regarding support, the handrail mounts at the top of the step assembly and extends down alongside the steps, providing a secure handhold while entering and exiting. While it doesn't attach directly to the second and third steps, it is engineered to provide stability for the entire stairway and folds with the steps when stored.
