Yes, provided your 2010 Jayco Eagle 256 RKS Super Lite has a standard 14" x 14" roof opening and a ducted air distribution system, this Coleman-Mach III Power Saver (38208-0660) is an excellent fit. It is specifically designed for standard 14" x 14" roof openings and is a ducted 13,500 BTU rooftop air conditioner.
The main thing to verify is your existing ceiling assembly/control box and thermostat, as those may need to be reused (if compatible) or replaced depending on what A/C is currently installed.
