I've looked at the products details, install footnotes and install sheet (attached) and there's no mention of kick sensor. That said, it's not uncommon for a hitch to interfere with a kick sensor, installers will typically move its location if necessary, otherwise you may have to move your foot off-center to trigger the sensor.
