The CE Smith 32003G is designed to clamp around a 3" wide trailer tongue using the included brackets and bolts. The adjustable bracket height accommodates different frame heights, including rectangular tubing.
For a 2" wide × 3" tall box tube, it will fit if mounted with the 3" height vertical and the 2" width between the brackets. You may need slightly shorter mounting bolts than those included, since the hardware is sized for a 3" wide tongue.
