This Curt 13144 is suited for the Subaru Forester years 2014 to 2018. Based on the images of the hitch once installed, it does not look like the receiver has much exposure beyond the bumper, and it may be difficult to find a hitch that will.
As an option, you can get some short extensions if needed, and no matter the direction you go, we would recommend some anti-rattle device and/or stabilizing strap. No matter the hitch or brand of bike rack, they tend to have some movement side to side, these stabilization options will keep help keep your rack and bikes stable while travelling.
