Thanks for your inquiry. The bezel kit you referenced (SB27484P) appears to be designed for Safe-T rotary steering systems and does not look to be a good fit for the SSC13416 rack & pinion steering cable.
If your steering system uses the SSC13416 cable, the correct bezel kit is SB39526P, which is intended for the SH5210 rack helm.
If you're unsure which helm you have, with a photo of the helm (behind the steering wheel) or the model number, we can try to confirm the correct bezel kit.
