Yes, the Coleman-Mach ParkPac 36413-012 does have a wiring diagram. In most cases, the wiring schematic is attached to the inside of the unit's electrical control box cover rather than being supplied as a separate manual.
If you're looking for a specific portion of the wiring (120V power, thermostat wiring, compressor, fan motor, capacitors, etc.), let us know what you're working on or looking for we'll be happy to see if we can identify the correct connections.
