This particular front mount receiver fits older years of Ford trucks. The only front receiver we could find for the 2020 F150 is the Curt 31083, we've included a link to the listing below. Worth noting, there's a footnote saying "Excluding automatic deploying air dam" and how that plays into the install of your truck would be difficult to say if yours always deployed vs automatically deployed.
Also including on this answer are the install instructions which may offer the proper visuals to confirm if you can make this receiver work.
