Yes, the CURT 13652 hitch is compatible with the 2026 Toyota RAV4 XSE Tech.
CURT does not specifically state whether the hands-free kick sensor remains functional with the #13652 hitch installed, so we can't guarantee that feature will operate exactly as it did from the factory.
That being said, the hands-free liftgate kick sensor should continue to function after the hitch is installed. Because the receiver sits in the center beneath the bumper, you may need to relocated the sensor or activate the sensor by kicking slightly to the left or right of the receiver rather than directly underneath it. It may take a few attempts to find the optimal activation point.
