Based on what we found, the Ranger Design 18-009 is a replacement damper used as part of the gas shock-assisted mechanism on the brand's Max Rack 2.0 and standard drop-down ladder racks, to help control the descent of the ladder. Unfortunately we don't have this part in stock and cannot source it for you, sorry about that!
