It sounds like you have a Victoria Industries Hijacker FWH24P (or FWH24PA) 5th-wheel hitch and need a replacement head assembly. Victoria Industries' Hijacker hitch line was acquired by Demco in 2011, and many of the older Victoria Industries hitch heads can be replaced with newer Demco Hijacker components.
One replacement that has been used successfully on older Victoria Industries Hijacker hitches is the Demco Hijacker Replacement Head Assembly (part #6169). We were able to find reports of owners updating Victoria Industries hitches with Demco heads after confirming compatibility with Demco who can be contacted at 712-725-2311. We currently have some stock available to ship to the US.
