Will Curt hitch 13460 fit my 2021 Highlander XLE and does it require plastic trimming?

Yes Curt hitch 13460 will fit your 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE (will not fit XSE models), and will require to lower fascia exhaust air deflector 2" from the "hinge" and trim as per attached install instructions. Trimming of fascia is common for installations if a more concealed/hidden look is desired.
