Thank you for your inquiry. The AP Products 015-3301 retractable shower door is designed for a 36" wide x 64" high opening.
If your shower opening is 39" wide, this model will likely be too narrow to provide full coverage without modification. We would not recommend it for a 39" opening unless you are planning a custom installation.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a 39" x 64" version of this door.
