Will Curt hitch 13397 interfere with my CRV's kick sensor to open the hatch?

If so, are there other hitches that have that as an option?

According to some research this hitch will interfere with the kick sensor, you may have to relocate or do without. We unfortunately could not find a hitch that was confirmed to completely avoid an interference with the rear kick sensor.
