We don't have the drawings of the hitch, that may be something you can get from Curt directly but it's usually not necessary as the fitment list is provided for each hitch. The questions we'd have is what was the hitch that was purchased that didn't fit? It's possible that it was intended only for select years of the Kia Sportage, or possibly a multi-fit hitch that was sold as proper fit (fairly common).
As it stands today, the current fit list for the Curt 13485 hitch is 2023-2026 for the Kia Sportage.
