The Dometic K2040-81 garnish is designed for a standard 14” x 14” roof vent opening, which is what most Tiffin units use.
Your flange measurement (16 1/8”) and depth requirement sound consistent, but the inside opening you mentioned (13 1/4”) is a bit smaller than standard. Sometimes that measurement can be slightly off depending on how it’s taken.
Could you double-check the inside opening measurement (corner to corner or edge to edge of the cutout)? If it’s actually closer to 14”, the K2040-81 in almond should work perfectly and can be trimmed down to your 5” depth.
