The Husky Towing 5th Wheel legs part HUS33000 will fit your RAM's puck system but these legs are made specifically for the KW series Husky 5th Wheel hitch. You'll want to be sure your existing 5th wheel hitch is the KW series. Alternatively, if your hitch was sitting on rails, you can go with the Curt Adapter part CUR16042 to convert your puck system to rails.
