We don't have that level of intel from factory but from what we know, the Tekonsha 118870 will give you trailer lighting, but it likely won’t activate Tow Mode on the IONIQ 5 and it would require the OEM Hyundai wiring kit (with factory module) to trigger Tow Mode and integrate with the vehicle’s systems.
