The Roadmaster 031 is specifically designed to adapt Roadmaster tow bars to Blue Ox base plates. It works with certain Roadmaster tow bars only (Falcon, Blackhawk, some Sterling). The Blue-Ox BX88297 could potentially work for you, it's compatible with the Ready Brute Elite Tow Bar.
