From looking at the kit components, it does include the upper control arms. This means that when you purchase the IM2.5 Monotube Suspension - 3" Front; 2" Rear Lift, you will receive the upper control arms as part of the complete package.
The upper control arms (UCAs) that are included in this kit are the Ironman UCA109S9
