Will the 2" Receiver Tube fit my 1998 Sprinter 312d pintle plate?

Are there any hitch tube adaptors that are either not drilled or can be adapted from 45mm to 55 mm spacing?

I'm including here some instructions for the install with measurements, showing these are 3.38" horizontal and 3.50" vertically for the 2" Receiver Tube; 6" Length - Bolts to Pintle Plate. I don't know of any adapter plates to accommodate a different bolt pattern.
