The Mile Marker 501 conversion kit is compatible with NP203 transfer cases used in Ford, GM, and Dodge trucks.
Your 1979 W150 can be equipped with either an NP203 or NP205 transfer case depending on the setup.
If your truck has an NP203, this kit will work. If it has an NP205, it will not be compatible.
We recommend confirming the transfer case model before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
