The Curt CUR16611 includes the universal 5th wheel rails, the 5th wheel hitch head, and the 5th wheel slider base.
There are no brackets included, as those are vehicle specific.
For a 2012 Ram 1500, you'll need the 16306. These will fit if the vehicle has coil springs, and is NOT a limited model.
