The Curt 17510 is a 2 point sway control(2P), where as the Curt 17520 has a 4 point sway control(4P).
We recommend going with the 2-point option, CUR17510, if you have a moderate length/shorter height trailer, and you only tow occasionally, as it's the simpler, lighter-duty option.
We recommend going with the 4-point option, CUR17520, if you have a longer/heavier trailer that you tow more often, as it's the premium, more stable option.
