Does this fit 2018 vw golf hatchback7.5?

Ive bought a tekonsha kit #118646 which was supposed to fit my 2018 golf 1.8l tsi and supposedly its a mk7.5 model and not an mk7. Does your kit fit the mk7.5 model?

The Tekonsha 118646 is confirmed to fit 2015 - 2021 Volkswagen Golf, Except Sportwagen.
The Curt 56405 is confirmed to fit a 2018 - 2019 Volkswagen Golf R, All Styles.
Unfortunately, neither of them mention if the mk7.5 model will make a difference.
