Yes, they are Max Load Rating (Single Rear Wheel Use) 1709 lbs and marked D / 8 Ply Rating. We unfortunately don't have the manufacturer dates, our stock has good rotation, but couldn't promise mfg date on the wheels that would be assigned and shipped to your order.
