My 2025 gmc sierra has the ranch hand grill guard on it. Is this the right product for me to add a winch.

No, this winch mount only fits onto select Ford trucks.
There unfortunately is no Ranch Hand winch mount made for a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500, 2500, 2500HD or 3500HD.
