Here's an image of it from the rear (facing trailer), what we sell would be what you also see on BlueOx's site.
Is bxw4001 flat on the rear facing edge for a weight distribution head. On blue ox website it is flat. Blue Ox Adjustable W/D Shank - 12in Length - 20,000 lbs
The picture you have of it looks like a different model from blue ox.
