While there's no notes on possible sensor obstruction for every truck this grille fits, there is general mention that it may interfere with forward-facing cameras or sensors. Worth noting, as it stands today, this grill will fit the 2015 - 2023 Ford F150.
I'm including an image here with measurements in hope that it would serve as good reference point on whether or not it would interfere with any cameras or sensors
