No, this Baseplate is confirmed to fit only select years of larger GMC/Chevrolet SUV's. Unfortunately, we do not stock a Blue Ox compatible baseplate for a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara.
will it work on a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara and if not do you have one for it for blue ox tow bar Custom Tow Bar Base Plate
